Why Vitamin D can be bad for you ! Vitamin F is in flaxseed oil. Or cod liver oil, balances out; works with vitamin D to absorbs into you blood edible calcium vitamin F takes edible calcium into the tissue along with the bones.
-[ vitamin D which can be bad creating stones in the stomach and too much calcium or vitamin D creates problems with stiffness and hardening on bones' joint's].
Calcium is further bad for you because Alkaline might prevent it from dissolving by stomach acid whilst stopping you create what you need for your stomach acids too digest foods and vitamin D, most foods have calcium carbonate put in them taken from rock being inedible calcium.
Although milk being an edible source of calcium wants the stomach acid it in return can be as an acid be taken out of the stomach, by the very Vitamin D towards preventing calcium that's edible being digested by a lack of stomach acids and absorbed by bones, into it as bones then will go onto them bones and harden causing joint pain.
Vitamin A is in kale which protects against kidney stones. Edible calcium preferably from fermented milk sources', "not pasteurised which is heated killing enzymes";- and plant based sources' that should give you edible calcium like cheese, kefir, almonds spinach , sea kelp.
