I have just found another website, this is good because I want to find and share websites' that are useful with other people online and  think that it is a good way to get and too use other people as a resource to getting better thing's from online and quicker I  hope this happens and otheirs' agree to. This website is about diet and exercise and is free, it tells you how to loose weight. and you can purchase products from them by opening an account there is also and coach to instruct you on how to exercise. I think that  this is great and I am looking forward to going there often. 

I just found this website it seems to have some good information on were to find nutrition and a shop for it online. There is a link to it here at Universal, this is interesting and good because i believe i might need some nutrition to help me with my exercise  they are often intense and painful  and I am left exhausted. because i had no nutritional help to recover. These nutritional supplements help because I don't need to put up with the pain which can be pretty intense. 


I only have to use these products and immediately the pain is held at pay and put offer dealt with before i have to endure it too much. I may of thought that it was the point to put up with the pain but actually it was only necessary at the time i new nothing of how nutrition plays a role it immediate recovery. There like pain killer's with out the added problem of the pain going elsewhere and remaining there never to be reached again like a headache or migraine.

From what I can see with supplements stick to the dose only no more or further, read whats on the information I get from online or elsewhere. Do not not over dose by using 2 similar products there seems always to be a separate product that has what I want in it without the extra dose of something extra you already took in another form or dose.

Don't use as an alternative to exercise or hard work figuring out what I really need to improve. Thinking about my exercise is the quickest form of improvement, hard work stays with me for longer. but what I want to use supplements for is too gain healthy nutrients that I am missing.

I just bought a book on sports nutrition, called mens' health guide to sport nutrition  it is basically about supplement's to food for sport. I am going to read it to find out how safe these are. As I intend to take up some more sports' exercise and had purchased some equipment I am worried as is normal about healthy food;s and what they can do.

So I am looking at these ideas and process's to find out what they really do are they for the lazy athlete or are they really of some use in terms of health as the term implies healthy eating. I want to obviously be healthy but that does not come directly to me and I have to shop around.

What I am worried about is steroid's as a form of enhancement may be dangerous and lead to medical condition's and tablets' which are badly made being unhealthy, but I am not sure if this is still the case or only for professional athletes and there performance. 

 This has nothing to do with everyday life of people whom train to keep fit and or look good. I am of the former,  I wished to be healthy and fit throughout my working life not fatigued by work and run down into the ground. So I need to be healthy and recover quickly which means' keeping fit and being full of energy
