I just bought a book on sports nutrition, called mens' health guide to sport nutrition it is basically about supplement's to food for sport. I am going to read it to find out how safe these are. As I intend to take up some more sports' exercise and had purchased some equipment I am worried as is normal about healthy food;s and what they can do.
So I am looking at these ideas and process's to find out what they really do are they for the lazy athlete or are they really of some use in terms of health as the term implies healthy eating. I want to obviously be healthy but that does not come directly to me and I have to shop around.
What I am worried about is steroid's as a form of enhancement may be dangerous and lead to medical condition's and tablets' which are badly made being unhealthy, but I am not sure if this is still the case or only for professional athletes and there performance.
This has nothing to do with everyday life of people whom train to keep fit and or look good. I am of the former, I wished to be healthy and fit throughout my working life not fatigued by work and run down into the ground. So I need to be healthy and recover quickly which means' keeping fit and being full of energy
