From what I can see with supplements stick to the dose only no more or further, read whats on the information I get from online or elsewhere. Do not not over dose by using 2 similar products there seems always to be a separate product that has what I want in it without the extra dose of something extra you already took in another form or dose.
Don't use as an alternative to exercise or hard work figuring out what I really need to improve. Thinking about my exercise is the quickest form of improvement, hard work stays with me for longer. but what I want to use supplements for is too gain healthy nutrients that I am missing.
